MECHANICAL ENGINEER
HVAC DESIGN OF A COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL
BUILDING BY VRV SYSTEMS
Project Purpose: A comprehensive HVAC design was carried out using VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems in a commercial and industrial building to ensure indoor comfort and increase energy efficiency.
Scope:
The building's heat loss and heat gain calculations were performed.
Cooling load, heating load, and ventilation requirements were determined.
Based on the results, appropriate VRV outdoor units, indoor units, and distribution elements were selected.
Duct and piping diagrams, equipment layouts, and system connections were designed in AutoCAD.
Methods and Tools:
Heat load calculations were performed using Carrier HAP software.
Mechanical installation drawings were created in AutoCAD/Revit (MEP).
Designed in accordance with ASHRAE standards and regulations.
Achievements:
A highly energy-efficient, sustainable, and modular HVAC system was designed.
Extensive experience was gained in the integration of VRV systems in commercial/industrial buildings.
Both theoretical calculations and practical design applications were successfully combined.
